Audits and Assessments are a periodic review of program operations, their controls, and the success in meeting goal and objectives. Deficiencies or non-conformances are identified for corrective and preventive actions, so continual improvement can be achieved!We have conducted numerous audits in North & South America and the Caribbean. - Management Systems Assessment – This is typically an evaluation of the effectiveness of the organizational ability to implement and manage their own safety and health program. The process includes:
- Document review
- Employee interviews and
- Visual observations of conditions and behaviors
